THE OFFICIAL CATALOGUE
An authentic professional directory, this guide with a print run of 25 000 copies, is distributed at the entrances of the boat show, in the various reception locations, as well as to marine professionals and at the Press Centre. It also provides you with the opportunity of communicating with an advertising insert.

THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER “L'ECHO DES PONTONS”
Official newspaper of the boat show with one edition per day, distributed every morning on every stands, at the Press Centre, at the Mumm Club, at the main entrances etc. Do not hesitate to get in touch with the editor during the boat show (in the press room) if you want to communicate information that you think is important. 12 000 copies; four colours; size: 30 cm x 40 cm; number of pages: 4 (agenda, editorial, «bruits de pontons», weather report…)

THE GRAND PAVOIS WEBSITE
Modern and plebiscite communication device, the website www.grand-pavois.com was visited 126 000 times between the 1st of January and the 1st of October 2009, 1 300,000 pages were read during this period. Ordering an advertising banner offers you a high visibility at first sight on the ensemble of the website at a unique price. Sections: the boat show, the guest of honour country, communication, press, contacts...

PONTOON BANNERS
The access ramps to the pontoons are a remarkable mean of communication. We can offer you to communicate and to reinforce your presence and your company image at the show in a considerable manner. The boat show has seven access ramps, of 20 meters long each. The banners are sold by pair, one for each side of the pontoon. They are 10 meters long and 80 centimetres high.

EVENT PONTOON
Christening of a boat, presentation of an exceptional boat coming at La Rochelle or present a new unit to VIP customers: the Events pontoon is dedicated to you. Red carpet, flower design... Ecover and Cheminées Poujoulat, Mike Golding and Bernard Stamms 60’ boats were welcomed there. Benoît Parnaudeau baptized his 40 feet boat, as well as new units have been introduce to Press… Possibility to decorate it with your firm’s colours, catering possibility as a complement to your event.

LANYARDS
6 000 compose the support for badges and accreditations distributed to the exhibitors, journalists, professionals, VIPs and boat show’s staff. Associated to the Grand Pavois’ name, the lanyards spread a visible message to all.

TOTEMS
The totems give information in loop to the Grand Pavois visitors. They are positioned at strategic places. A communication space is available on each side !

TICKETS
30 000 copies sold at the boat show entrances. The Grand Pavois tickets offer a wide visibility for your brand. By associating your brand with the image of the Boat Show they enable you to communicate with the visitors of the Grand Pavois.

THE EXHIBITION OF A BOAT
IN THE TOWN CENTER OF LA ROCHELLE
During the Grand Pavois, we are glad to promote a communication operation that permits you to spread your image or your boat (a novelty for instance) in the heart of the city of La Rochelle. This exhibition will remind people that the Grand Pavois is taking place at the same period. And this will be used as reference about the presence of the boat or the brand to the boat show. Four locations are available. The lighting and security is invoiced to the Grand Pavois. The transport to the exhibition‘s location is invoiced to the exhibitor.

BIODEGRADABLE BAGS GRAND PAVOIS
The 21 000 bags are distributed at the entrances of the Grand Pavois by the hostesses of the boat show with the official catalogue of the fair and the commercial supports of your brand. They are particularly visible on the entire site. To respect the involvement of the Grand Pavois for the environment protection, it is made of biodegradable fabric.
