True business directory, approved by visitors and professionals, this brochure printed in 22,000 copies is distributed to the entrances of the show, in various reception points and to the Business Centre and the Press Centre. It allows you to communicate with all the public of the show..

NEW IN 2011 : NEWS GUIDE
This is the newest communication media for the visitors, professionals and the press. It allows you to present your new products, services or your new boat. Introduce your new 2012 on half a page dedicated to your product's description, a picture, your company's logo and the location of your stand / boat.

THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER “L'ECHO DES PONTONS”
Official newspaper of the boat show with one edition per day, distributed every morning on every stands, to the Press Centre, to the (?) VIP Club, at the main entrances etc. Do not hesitate to get in touch with the editor during the boat show (in the press room) if you want to communicate information that you think is important. 12 000 copies; four colours; size: 30 cm x 40 cm; number of pages: 4 (agenda, editorial, «bruits de pontons», weather report…)

THE GRAND PAVOIS WEBSITE
Modern, interactive and powerful medium, the WWW is an indispensable communication mean. The website www.grand-pavois.com has received 60,470 visitors during the month of September 2010 and 755,985 pages were read between November 2009 and September 2010. Having a banner on the top of the pages allows you to be visible at first glance on all the pages for a single price. Sections: The boat show, the guest of honour, the exhibitors, communication, press, GPO, contacts. Online until the 31st of March 2012 and upon receipt of the technical elements.

THE POP-UP ON THE HOME PAGE
A pop-up is a secondary window that is displayed before the main browser window. As it is located right from the home page of the show's website, it makes your brand a must.

NEW : BROCHURE RACKS
For indoors or outdoors use. Presentation and distribution of the Grand Pavois documents to the visitors (official catalogue, news guide). They will be located at the entrances of the boat show, at the halls entrances and at the pontoons access and in the reception areas. Associate your image to the boat show and make the most of your presence with all the visitors.

PONTOON BANNERS
The access ramps to the pontoons are a remarkable mean of communication. We can offer you to communicate and to reinforce your presence and your company image at the show in a considerable manner. The boat show has seven access ramps, of 20 meters long each. The banners are sold by pair, one for each side of the pontoon. They are 10 meters long and 80 centimetres high.

EVENT PONTOON
You wish to introduce your boat in a prestigious and privatized way ?
The events pontoon located pontoon 15 (in the end of the ponton so that the boats could easily reach it) offers you this possibility.
An exceptional visibility and a high standing decoration: red carpet, plants, and separation fine cords...

LANYARDS
6,000 are distributed; it carries the badges and accreditations distributed to the exhibitors, journalists, professionals, VIP and show's staff. Coupled to the Grand Pavois' name, it spreads a visible message to all.

TOTEMS
These 3 directional totems, allow our visitors to find their favourite space in the boat show and the stands on a large general plan. They are positioned at strategic locations in the trade fair. Advertising space is available on every side.

TICKETS
Sold at the entrances of the boat show, tickets for the Grand Pavois offer a wide visibility for your brand. By associating your image to the boat show's, tickets enable you to communicate with the visitors of the Grand Pavois.

THE EXHIBITION OF A BOAT
IN THE TOWN CENTER OF LA ROCHELLE
During the Grand Pavois, we are glad to promote a communication opération that permits you to spread your trademark's image (present a new range for instance) in the heart of the city of La Rochelle. This exhibition will call to mind that the Grand Pavois is taking place at the same period. And this will be as well a reference to the presence of the boat or the trade at the show.
Four locations available. Lighting and guarding supported by the Grand Pavois; transport to the exhibition's location paid and managed by the exhibitor.

BAGS
The hostesses of the show distribute the 21,000 bags at the entrances of the Grand Pavois together with your brand 's commercial goodies and leaflets. They are particularly visible on the entire site. In a way to respect the involvement of the Grand Pavois for the environment protection, the bags are made in durable fabrics.
